What You’ll Do:

• Define high-value AI use cases and collaborate with customers to solve real industry pain points 
  
• Build new Insurtech solutions using Bourntec’s AI/Gen AI capabilities 
  
• Shape product strategy by staying ahead of industry trends and regulatory changes 
  
• Act as a thought leader, contributing to the Insurtech community 

What We’re Looking For:

• 6+ years of overall experience with at least 2+ years of experience driving Product management in Insurtech(underwriting, claims, risk, fraud, etc.) 
  
• Proven track record in product management or technology implementation 
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills 
  
• Passion for AI and how it can revolutionize insurance
