We’re looking for a Program Manager (AI/Gen AI Products) who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, program execution, and strategic alignment. If you’re passionate about AI, driving successful implementations, and ensuring customer success, this role is for you! 

What You’ll Do: 

•  Lead customer engagement, ensuring seamless communication and strong relationships 
  
•  Oversee AI/Gen AI POCs, tracking success metrics and ensuring timely delivery 
  
•  Drive pre-sales efforts, conducting demos and workshops to showcase AI solutions 
  
•  Align customer insights with Bourntec’s product roadmap to drive innovation  

What We’re Looking For: 

• 6+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in AI, SaaS, or tech-driven environments 
  
• Strong background in customer success, pre-sales, or account management 
  
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills 
  
• Analytical mindset with a focus on execution and measurable impact 
  
• MBA from a Tier 1 will be a plus.
