The USP: O3 Methodology
O3 Methodology allows our clients the flexibility to select one or more service options, including onsite, onshore, and offshore delivery options for each project. This allows for flexibility in operations and allows us to work with the client to develop a solution that is unique to their particular needs. In order to do so, our consultants spend up-front time gaining in an in-depth understanding of the project by working directly with the client.
Generally our consultants will spend between two weeks and several months onsite with the client, depending on the scope of the project, in an effort to gain critical access to the business environment, unique challenges, and company method of production.
The next step is for the consultants to return to one of our development centers, which may be offshore, to lead an assembled team of developers who have been selected specifically with the technological and functional needs of the project in mind. Depending on the size of the project, some consultants may remain onsite with the client to ensure the transition is met smoothly. This can often be key to leveraging the shock of the initial changes.
Throughout the development process, we compile project milestones to allow the client access to information and to ensure that the process is on track. Complete access for our clients guarantees that information is shared and goals are mutually agreed upon.
This system secures our clients a competitive advantage, by combining the specific needs of onsite research with budget-friendly offsite resources.
