Bourntec follows an Objective Driven project management philosophy for providing major project implementation services. Bourntec believes that well-defined Project Management is one of the most critical skills required for successful execution of any engagement. Bourntec Integrated Quality Excellence System (IQES), which is the corner stone of its quality standards, defines procedures for all project management activities.

Our project management components and Models encompass multiple processes and methodologies, which support the critical needs of an organization. Our Systematic approach towards the end to end project lifecycle includes assess requirements, work plan, resource delegate, Collaborate with project stakeholders, oversee day to day activities, project, run audit to monitor and control, measure productivity, and status dissemination via regularly scheduled status meetings, progress reports, and other mechanisms

Our project management model derives its guidelines and principles from its Integrated Quality Excellence System (IQES). Every project activity is subjected to strict ETVX criteria and periodic project management reviews are performed to ensure compliance against the IQES. We have proven processes derived from industry recognized standards like PMI Body of Knowledge (Initiate, Plan, Execute, Control and Close) for most of the Information Technology (IT) projects. However, evidently checking the adaptability of the processes to the project.

Our project management model involves shared establishment of project objectives along with shared planning and reviews. This helps in establishing a synergistic model towards achieving the client’s objectives.
