Job Title:  IT Manager
Job Duties: Mirage Software Inc., DBA Bourntec Solutions, Inc. in Schaumburg, IL is seeking IT Managers to manage, plan and initiate Information Technology projects. Job responsibilities and duties include:

Work with business clients and developers to elicit requirements and recommend report implementation based on technical design and business requirements.

Identify production & non-production application issues, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to fine-tune and optimize system, processes, and management.

Work with other developers to ensure successful implementation.

Contribute to system documentation for systems, applications and databases.

Provide technical support and consultation to system and processes, and serve as a mentor as a technical expert for the team.

Minimum Requirements: The normal requirements for the position are as follows:

In lieu of the above-stated primary education and experience requirements, employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field of study, plus at least five (5) years of post-degree, progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).

Job Title:  Senior .NET Developer

Job Duties:   Mirage Software Inc., DBA Bourntec Solutions, in Schaumburg, IL is seeking Senior .NET Developers to assist Project Managers with designing, developing and supporting Dot Net Applications. Job responsibilities and duties include:

Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with client users, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.

Investigating problem areas, following the software development lifecycle.

Work with the Project Manager to meet with clients and determine requirements.

Work with other Senior Software Developers to determine how to meet customer needs, including recommending which existing technologies could be applied and customized to accomplish the goal.

Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Support the Project Manager in planning new work items and projects, and help the Project Manager determine the standards that will used for the project to ensure quality for the deliverables.

Use appropriate techniques to design and implement unit test cases.

Responsible for configuration, unit testing, deployment and version controlling and providing support around the clock.

Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.

Ensure that all standards are being adhered to and that the quality standards are being met.

Managing the entire KPI/KBM Global Dashboards web application.

Managing the Ordering application and Quoting applications.

Enhancements and support for web applications written in C#, .Net and SQL. Mentor other developers.

Computer Systems Analyst, Level 1

The company seeks to fill openings for Level 1 Computer Systems Analysts to work under the supervision of senior IT staff.

The job duties include:

1. Analyze and expand software systems requirements to serve new purposes or improve work flow.

2. Work closely with business users on requirement analysis and system analysis to identify and define functional and technical requirements,business workflows use case scenarios, design and flow of the user interface, and definition of application performance for service level agreements (SLA’s).

3. Formulate functional design proposals and technology recommendations, and build out a proof of concept to demonstrate the same for new technology and concepts, like Big Data, Analyst IoT  Solutions, Healthcare IT, and DevOps.

4. Conduct performance analysis of the systems using ITIL V3, ITSM and DevOps.

5. Interface with vendors to implement system integration with external applications.

6. Interface with QA leads/managers and assist QA efforts including test planning,managing defect prioritization and resolution.

7. Prepare required and relevant documentation for IT projects, including functional specifications, technical specifications, design documents etc.

8. Contribute in building product prototyping and business conceptual solutions to RFP’s and supervise Pre Sales and Post Sales Due Diligence.

9. Communicate business concepts and expected functional behavior to developers and follow-up on implementation of product design/changes.

10. Perform additional duties that are normally associated with this position, as assigned.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or any related IT or Engineering major, plus 3 years of related experience that provided the required skills and abilities.
The employer will accept either a three or four-year bachelor’s degree, U.S. or foreign.

Demonstrable knowledge, proficiency and successful project completion using the following tools, technologies and procedures:

1. ITIL V3

2. ISO/IEC 20000 foundation

3. BMC Remedy, LanDesk and HP Service Manager
