Bourntec wins Business Analyst Services –IHFS ICD 10 Contract

Illinois, June 23, 2010 - Bourntec solutions, Inc. today announced that it has been awarded the contract from The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (AGENCY, HFS) for rendering the consulting services for successful implementation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act 2 (HIPPA2) and International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems 10(ICD10). The total contract duration has a one-year base period and 1 year renewal.

Under the terms of the contract, Bourntec solutions, Inc. will provide the consulting services for planning, gap analysis, requirements gathering, acceptance testing and trading partner testing and for the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS).

The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services (HFS) administer the Medicaid program, providing health care assistance for qualified adults and children. Bourntec has accomplished the two main initiatives of the project Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) 2 / HIPAA 5010 & International Statistical Classification of Diseases (ICD) 10, which is a key win to Bourntec, as these initiatives are critical and mandatory to US Healthcare industry.
